Privacy Policy

1. General

This Policy defines how the Operator (sole trader R. I. Garifullin) processes and protects the personal data of website and service users, in line with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

2. Data processed

Name, phone number and other data voluntarily provided in request/estimate forms, and when switching to messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram).

3. Purposes

Contacting the user about a request, preparing a cost estimate and 3D project, arranging measurement, delivery and assembly of a kitchen.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is carried out with the user's consent, given by ticking the form checkbox. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Operator.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored no longer than required and protected against unauthorised access by organisational and technical measures.
